The Hangover 2 Bradley Cooper’s Workout

The workout that Bradley Cooper did to get in shape for The Hangover 2 is extremely similar to the workout he used to get ripped for the original Hangover movie.

The big question that people have is….How did he do it?

Bradley Cooper admitted that he was never known as a well-built or muscular actor so it was crazy how he transformed his body in six months time. Cooper and his personal trainers shared his secrets for success and told many interviewers that it was simply a combination of strict dieting and two-hours a day of intense cross training to get the look he currently has.

The biggest things that Cooper did was eliminate salt, sugar and flour from his diet. While he was in the gym he would do a combination of cardio, core exercises as well as strength conditioning. A big factor for this was that Cooper didn’t spend all of his time in a gym either. Cooper would spend a ton of time outdoors doing a ton of cardio work outside. He would actually spend time trekking the 2,800 foot mountain trail near Vancouver, B.C.

Bradley Coopers workout would consist of him doing this “Grind” at break neck speed and was said to complete the 2,800 foot trek in less than 40 minutes.

If that sounds like something you want to do in order to get his physique it is going to take some time and some hard work. This did earn Bradley Cooper the nickname of “Beast” and he’ll never be mistaken as a girl again!

If you don’t have mountains around you or don’t have the money to afford a personal trainer(the majority of us can’t). You still have an option that’s cheaper but provides you with all of the information you can ask for to get the same physique as Bradley Cooper.
